Jon, Travis and I got together a couple of Friday’s ago to build a cross counter flow wort chiller and decided to review a couple of beers after we were finished. Of course we had a couple while we were building the chiller, so the content of our review might be a little shaky. Never the less here are our opinions.

Hennepin
Alan – soft and fruity.
Jon – slightly sour balanced with sweet, smooth, high carb.
Travis – …
Renegad Blonde
Alan – foamy, sour smell.
Jon – heavy carbonation, great head retention, light body, light hops, cloudy blonde (standard).
Travis – The bitter after taste is too much considering the lack of full body taste.
